8/6/2020. On an urgent request to see my Dr in her office. When I arrived Dr Goldstein told me to go directly to Westside hospital as I was dehydrated. I called my son and he took me to the ER. He was not allowed in so I was left with security until a nurse from the ER came for me. And then the horror began. I arrived sometime after 100pm. Saw a Dr Holmes. RecommendedI was recently admitted to the hospital for covid and everyone on the clinical team was awesome. I was treated with care starting in the ER through discharge. The poor staff has to suit up every time they come in the room even if it’s just for a minute but they never complained or seemed upset. They answered all of my questions and took time out to talk with me since I was in isolation. After discharge they have called to check on me more than once and they made a primary care appt for me. I searched for a doctor that saw patients in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble area of Harris county but delivered at The Woman’s Hospital and found Dr. Deborah Hendryx. I’ve seen a few doctors in the NE area and she by far exceeded any expectation I had. She’s very thorough with the care she provides. RecommendedThis is my second time visiting StoneCrest. They took awesome care of me. From check-in through discharge. Everyone had a positive upbeat attitude. The check-in process was easy and timely. The nurses were amazing the entire process was explained, from what is going to happen, what's happening and what to expect next. Terrible staff, night nurses are lazy and very neglectful to the patients because there aren’t any visitors there. It’s been over 3 days and the Urologist hasn’t even bothered to come see my girlfriend who’s waiting on them in specific to help her. Last night I was standing out the ER for 30 mins waiting for them to come down and get her food cause she hadn’t eaten in almost 4 hours and the nurses weren’t giving her food.
