I will never understand this place. How I can apply time and time again for positions- I do no drugs, I have incredible experience and looking vigorously for a great position.. then I see people who are practicing addicts who are able to get positions with this hospital. It’s mind boggling. I had a friend a very long time ago who worked in the ER as a tech who would go in the restroom and shoot up. Also have sex with other nurses and techs in the restrooms. What a shame.
Worst care I have received in my life. 8 hours after I arrived, I was still wearing my shoes and the clothes I had gotten there with. Miscommunication galore. Nurses not griendly whatsover. When I asked to discharge myself it took 3 hours for them to get me the paperwork to sign. The nurse had the nerve to tell me.."you wanted to leave..then go" I was not offered a wheelchair.

RecommendedI had such wonderful care yesterday from beginning to end. From Stacy who checked me in Shauna, Gary, Craig, Dr Nicola, Dani, Jeff the PT lady I’m sorry I forgot your name and the name of the surgical nurse ... I was well cared for by all the staff, all questions answered, Shauna did such a great job with my iv’s I barely felt it, I am still pain free from a total knee replacement but am following instructions!!! Thank you so much all of you!

The worst & most heartless people following the ridiculous rules set by the hospital that don't seem to care about how important that a wife has to be with her very sick husband who's had 3 brain surgeries, 12 spinal taps & 2 vp adjustable shunts put in his brain over the course of 16 years, he's 1also survived meningitis which was 2 forms of Ecole in his brain & stomach so he doesn't remember much well long story short even though I'm his care giver & his power of attorney they won't let me be with him because of this covid... read more

Shame on your employee RN Melanie Howes Leighton for publicly wishing the coronavirus and death on another human being. That’s not very Hippocratic of her. I wouldn’t feel safe being under her care.
