Worst experience I have ever encountered, and haven’t even had the procedure yet. I received a phone call asking for payment for service but they could not tell me what services I was being billed for. I called back several times and the operator could not tell who to connect me to and the person he kept connecting me to was out of town until after the date of my surgery. I called asking for guidance for my Pre op appointment and they couldn’t tell me what building or what I I needed to bring or even what to expect at the ap... read more

My grandmother is in your hospital very very ill with COVID and pneumonia. I was told by this hospital that they will not allow visitation to her family, NOT EVEN if she was actively dying!! Please tell me how people are allowed to protest in the street during COVID but we can not support my scared, sick, grandmother?!?

I am new to this area. This is my second hospital stay here since June 2020. I have a stomach disease. I have a permanent feeding tube and stomach drain. I am hooked up to a feeding pump for my “food” and water, 24/7. I intake very little by mouth. I am a hospital regular because of my illness. The Medical Center of Trinity staff is amazing! In my hospital experiences, it’s rare to find a hospital staff that’s compassionate, kind, friendly, and goes above and beyond in addition to possessing excellent nursing skills. But it’... read more

Hire qualified nurses who are dedicated to what they do. Also the row of nurses in the hall should do a better job of answering the phones. They sit out there laughing and carrying on, especially the night shift. It's difficult for a patient to get any rest.
