Only come to this hospital if you want your HIPAA rights to be violated daily. They will also place you in a room with another patient approximately 3 feet away. The hell with CDC guidelines during Covid 19. And I pray you don't have a food or drug allergy because they will not pay attention to that as well. If you must be here bring your own ephedrine pen as they don't keep anything on the floors to help you quickly for an allergic reaction!

My mother has the same MRI procedure done with anesthesia every few months BC of aneurisms. She pre registers days before but still has to be there at 6 am on the day of the procedure and doesn't get it started until 8 am. This morning they realized she wasn't scheduled for anesthesia and has to wait until noon for the procedure. What is the issue? Such an inconvenience. RecommendedI've spent 10 days in Portsmouth hospital. I have had a great experience aside from the kitchen. Anna Wilkinson screws up my order EVERY SINGLE DAY. There literally has not been one time she has gotten it right. But the nurses and doctors have been mostly amazing, with one or two exceptions. I felt cared for and Emily the LNA is FANTASTIC

RecommendedMy husband was just released from the Cardiac ICU for valve replacement. The care and concern for his health was outstanding. It was a difficult decision to determine a hospital for this very intense medical issue only living here for a few years. We chose Blake as did our cardiac surgeon. Could not be more pleased with the outcome. The only negative would be an improvement in their discharge operations--maybe a little more communication between professionals. RecommendedI went in for a hysterectomy and had a wonderful experience. Dr Martin was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. Yvette was my post surgery nurse and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. So thankful for the entire staff!!
I am currently in room 24C. Cannot move. I’ve been saying hello for 25 minutes and alone in here for over an hour. I’m in for a serious back injury and have yet to see someone after being discharged too soon and having a episode in the parking lot where they begrudgingly allowed me to come back and after 1 1/2 hours got me a room. I will Remove this review if someone says they saw it and came to help me.

my nurse Jesse was absolutely amazing during my labor. She answered every question i had, helped me beyond what i couldve ever asked for, i wish i could say the same for the nurses & janitors for the evening & the days following. the janitor never brought clean towels, never picked up food trays even after saying theyd be back in an hour. issue after issue, nurses allowed me to sit in a bedpan for an HOUR while i called for someone to help after delivering my son. was constantly told they were bringing my son back from testi... read more
