2 years ago my experience in patient was amazing. I am in the hospital 2 years later. it's a different hospital. people jamming needles into my artierie as I'm sleeping and I wake up to horrendous pain as it takes her 2 sticks and about 5 mins. and no one will give me a straight answer about anything except this 1 nurse and even she is guessing why things were done. 12 hours there and hadn't been ordered food until I complained. seems now I gotta skip this hospital and fish. im literally in the ICU as we speak typing this. b... read more

Horrible staff from TriStar Greenview harassment on social media is disgusting!!
I have never felt so disrespected by ER staff. I had surgery on the 15th was back in the ER the 15th in the evening and 16th for extreme pain. On the 15th they promised me once that I was in a room my husband could come back I was in placed in the dirtiest room ever around 11:00 PM. Never seen my husband until 6:30AM. I asked someone to call his cell but they said that was against policy. The front desk kept telling him I wasn't ready yet. I do not recommend going here for anything. The staff is rude and very inconsiderate. The Director of CCU, Callie is extremely unprofessional and hung up the phone while I was trying to ask about visitation policies on end of life patients. She didn't have time to answer my questions. She had the nurse tell me that she was in an emergency situation however, the nurse refused to give me her own name and the name of the Director, she also refused to give me the contact information for the Director and suddenly the Director was... read more

I have always loved Summerville medical center. The staff there has always been so wonderful and very helpful. This past Sunday June 14th I took my VERY confused and lethargic 14 year old to the emergency room. She was shaking completely confused and not with it. The emergency room staff was amazing. They acted quickly and admitted her. In an attempt to figure out what was going on. The Dr upstairs in peds did the absolute opposite! RecommendedI went to the ER in great pain with swelling in my knee, I could not walk, it was Dec 2019. All I wanted and needed was to have the fluid drained. I know my knees, it was a torn cartilage problem. I had no other issues, I had no recent injury. I was heavily pressured to have x rays and blood work done.
