TriStar ER left me in their room crying for hours with what I now know is appendicitis. They did not give me an IV or any releif for 2.5 hours before I literally walked out of the room to tell them I will be leaving to go to Williamson ER as I could not stand the pain any longer. Williamson ER got me an IV and pain relief and diagnosis in a shorter time than TriStar could even get my information taken. TriStar should not consider themselves an emergency room, rather a glorified walk in clinic. I am now awaiting surgery in th... read more

I had a very bad experience at this hospital! I would not recommend anyone to go there. The staff was far from being friendly let alone explaining some things to me. Every question I asked was answered with numerous answers, never once was I honestly told the truth! Needless to say, I signed myself out and am seeking medical attention elsewhere.

The third night and visit my sister showed up to your hospital in labor, she not only was still in labor but diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and they STILL sent her home! Only she didn't go home. She drove on the other side of town at 3 in the morning to another hospital which welcomed her with opened arms, admitted her and also gave her pain relief to relax her during her la... read more
