Worst experience at a hospital. Understaff in the ER, inattentive, and poor execution of treatment. Will never step foot in this hospital again and I don’t recommend it for anyone!!

RecommendedMy name is Amanda Hammond. I broke my ankle and went to the ER on 5/8/2020. The following day I had surgery, and on 5/10/2020 I was able to leave! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to my nurses, techs, admins, and doctors that treated me while I was there. Everyone was so kind and polite, and made me happy. Due to Covid19, I was alone in my room for 3 days. To be honest, it was nice all thanks to them. Today I went to the Emergency Room with my 7 month old daughter.. this was my first and last time going there.... my experience ER triage horrible no organization at all .. u don’t know if your supposed to line up to the right or the left ... however ER triage nurse looked at me told a couple to come on (that were sitting in chairs more than six 6 ft behind me )... as they walked past she looked n told me I needed to social distance ... 3 min later she comes back outside takes my baby temp then an older CAUCASIAN lady stops ... read more
