Had my little one on 6/15/2020 at Medical City of Lewisville via c-section. I have to say I’ve delivered all 3 of my kids at this hospital, with my first delivery in 2007. Heather was in the operating room the whole time during my c-section and very hands on. She is very supportive, understanding and checked on me every morning, during my stay. She is personable and I highly re... read more

I’m recommending everyone not to come here in fear this closeted racist will mistreat patients of color. She needs to be fired and have her medical license revoked immediately. Healthcare or any type of field that deals with helping others in general has no place for racism and hatred. Do better at screening your staff and their social media.

Business response:

We remain dedicated to ensuring equitable access to high quality care for our patients, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for our colleagues, and cultivating and sustaining relationships with community partners that broaden our reach and deepen ou... read more

On May 19th I went into the ER complaining of chest pain and I couldn't breathe the Dr whispered in my ear saying I could send you to a methadone clinic the look of surprise on my face and my response said it all I said Sir.. drug test me right now! Let's get this over with ! Nobody goes to the ER to spend $5,000 on an emergency visit to acquire narcotics... needless to say he discharged me shortly after... with no treatment plan or care plan...A few days later I ended up and another ER with paricardial effusion over "one li... read more

I had a TEE done today and while it is a common procedure..I was still nervous. I have severe c-ptsd and anxiety. I won't get into what all of it stems from but it's severe and easily triggered. Being out of control is a trigger. Medical issues are a trigger. Being alone in a stressful or new situation is a trigger. With COVID-19, I had to be alone and I understand that fully. Now, everyone that was part of my care team today was absolutely amazing. They were all kind and compassionate but one woman stood out. She was the an... read more
