If you have a loved one there and they pass away don't expect to receive back any of their belongings! They claim that they have misplaced my cousins possessions that just passed away from covid. He had his phone...his wallet with close to $800 and a gold chain. They probably didn't do to much to try to help him either....i mean you have a persons life in your hands and you can't even keep up with their belongings! one word...LAWSUIT

Why do you decide who is worthy of care and who has a quality of life? Are you serious in thinking you must walk and talk to have a quality of life?
Appalling that your medical staff decided to let a disabled person die because you didn’t see his quality of life. Sad statement on the healthcare in this country.
This hospital deemed a man not worth treatment and conspired with a local judge to nullify his wife's power of attorney and transfer it to a company who then decided he wasn't worth treatment who then allowed him to slowly starve and succumb to covid due to lack of treatment over the course of 6 whole days. This is abhorrent and clearly murder.
Tonight I had to call my fiancé charge nurse due to him laying in bed in extreme pain because his IV pain medicine machine stopped working for over an hour and his nurse just didn’t know how to fix it. He had emergency surgery on his intestines yesterday and he has been treated like crap ever since. Thursday night when he was admitted I was allowed to stay with him but once he had surgery I was informed of a new policy because of COVID that no over night guest were allowed. Recommendedi feel as if most people choose the med center over greenview, but i will forever choose greenview. with my health issues, i’m here frequently and admitted almost every other month. i get into a room in the ER less than 5 minutes every single time, taken care of so well the entire time and after being admitted, i always have the best nurses and doctors. if there’s a way for administration to pat RN april, josie or carsen on floor 4 on the back, please do. they’re incredible. everyone on floor 4 is amazing and i will continue... read more

I received great care from this facility, but billing has been a bureaucratic nightmare! We are now 5 months past my visit, and I still cannot get you to mail me a bill that I can then pay. I keep getting emails and text messages saying my bill is ready, but when I follow the directions on opening the bill in the portal, it says no bill is available (so I cannot pay). I spent over 2 hours searching before I found a phone number that would get through to your billing department. They confirm that I have an outstanding balance... read more
