RecommendedWe had such an Amazing experience at the Maternity Suites at Oak Hill Hospital. Everyone was absolutely amazing, super helpful, and went way above and beyond for our family. From the admission staff, operating room staff, doctors, nurses, food service and anyone I have missed were professional and all around great! The nurses we had were the Best hands down!!! RecommendedIn all transparency, I work at this facility. But I'm currently a patient and will be for a few days. The care I have received has been phenomenal. From the ER to radiology to phlebotomy to the physicians, nurses and therapists, and to the food and nutrition people, everyone has been so kind and caring. It's amazing to see things from the other side of the coin and realize how much hard word and dedication is put in by the people who work here. WORST Hospital experience I've ever seen! My dad is getting the worst treatment at this place. and communication is non-existent at best!
RecommendedAlaska Regional Hospital really has the most caring and kind staff. Kelly in Pre-op, my brief encounter with the OR nurses, Dr. Greene the anesthesiologist, Malory in recovery, and Richard the CRNA I met in recovery. Went there for a spider bite in early November 2019. Was never seen or treated by a physician, actually fell asleep in a room waiting for one to come treat me. Ended up just walking out after being there for almost 2 hours. And they sent me a bill for $870.00 I disputed the bill and refused to pay it, so they turned it over to collections. Talking with my attorney now about suing them for fraudulent charges, and fraud. Greedy people here who could careless about people they swore an oath to protect and treat.

RecommendedI landed in ER 6/29/2020 due to headche hasn't been relieved since last Friday, chills, fever. Being on Chemotherapy treatment I was able to contact my chemo team over the weekend so, they advised me to proceed to ER. Which I did not, I refused and hesitant to be in the hospital since Covid 19 numbers has increased. So weekene pass by, I felt worse all day monday I was doing all home remedies.
