Being on Chemotherapy treatment I was able to contact my chemo team over the weekend so, they advised me to proceed to ER. I was involved in a terrible head on collision where I broke my patella and hip bone. The ER, trauma and surgical team were absolutely amazing to me. They provided great quality care, they were constantly checking on me making sure I was comfortable with an upbeat and positive attitude. I’ve had SEVERAL negative experiences before about 10 years ago and I was scared to come to this hospital but they proved me wrong and stepped up! I am blessed and grateful for my medical staff. Thank you so much ❤️

Yes I would recommend family and friends to come here for their health care needs. But they need to change the policy of one person at a time to visit their love ones. I understand the situation about the COVID-19 virus but it’s to freaky hot to be sitting outside in the car burning up unnecessary fuel when they could two people at time to visit. Y’all are not thinking of the elderly people out here in this extreme hot weather. You’re already checking everyone temperature when they enter the hospital. Please please change yo... read more
We delivered our baby in the Memorable Beginnings (L&D) unit in May. Every time we tell our labor and delivery story, we describe how amazing our experience was at Oviedo. The service and care we received was beyond our expectations. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room and everything in it made us feel right at home. Any time we had questions or concerns they were met with patience and understanding. And when it came time to deliver, I was confident knowing that my health and my baby’s health was in the best hands!

The birth center was mostly great I loved all the nurses and I loved my doctor, most of the ob doctors are great, the director Jan Alexander is amazing but Jennifer one of my recovery nurses who was an absolutely awful bully and made my first day postpartum traumatic. She refused to reset my IV and left me in pain, shamed me horribly for my weight (after I had twins mind you and had gained 80 pounds from preeclampsia and had so much swelling) and was not helpful at all. failed to give patient information in regards to a very serious medical condition. And then on two occasions in one day span of time violated HIPAA regulations by releasing information without verifying who a person was. Made every excuse in the book
