Dr. Sun allowed my sister to lay for over a month and could not explain what was wrong with her!!!! Incompetent Doctors at this hospital!!! My sister was in the CCU for two weeks before Sun said she would have a specialist from Nashville look at her medical records! Two days later she was dead! Do not go to this hospital!!! Dr. Sun is absolutely responsible for her death!!! She didn’t care at all!!!! It’s just like an assembly line when it comes to patients care!!!!

My grandpa was in there today 7/7/20 after taking a fall at home. Had a gash in his head that required staples. He was there for 5 hours and the doctor nor the nurses cleaned his gash or numb his head before putting 6 staples into his head. When discharging him they didn’t give him any care instructions or follow up paper work. Do not go to this hospital unless you want to leave in more pain then you showed up in.

I’m posting this in regards to all St. David’s Hospitals in Austin. I was withheld treatment, hydration, and nutrition as well. I was transported to the ER, not bc of COVID. The nurse assigned to me was scolding with a raised voice, “This is all your fault, you should’ve been smarter and taken better care of yourself”, all while pointing her finger in my face. When I asked for water or food or even ice chips I was told, “this is a hospital, not a restaurant” and never did I receive any medications for my ailment. Please shar... read more

I would not recommend the outpatient lab here. We had our baby at this hospital 3 weeks ago and they sent off the routine newborn blood test. This goes to Tallahassee so takes at least a week to come back. Our son’s TSH level came back mildly elevated so we needed to do a repeat. We were taken back by two girls, one of which mentioned she had never done a lab draw on a baby before. So they both did it together. Neither of them were wearing masks by the way. The result came back a week later - unreadable because they didn’t d... read more
