Dear NorthCrest Medical Center, I would like to let you know of my experience of services rendered today at your facility.I’ve never been to your facility & I must say it was a horrible first time visit. RecommendedTwenty one staples later and the Doctor says Jim's shoulder is repaired. Raulerson Hospital took good care of him. This guy just wants to get back to golfing!
Get rid of ER Doctor, Michael W Boone. His negligence and improper examination had us in emergency surgery at Summerville Medical Center by nightfall. Worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Will never go back to Trident.

RecommendedAfter a horrible experience at Trident, we went to Summerville Medical's ER. Although the exam rooms are very small, the care we received was top notch! Dena, our ER Doctor, was caring and knowledgeable; Tyler had the BEST bedside manner of anyone ever; Allison, Jennifer, and Virginia were our nurses and they all were wonderful! Recommendede love the Peds dept AKORA and I had a good 3 days with the nurses and Dr.they were very attentive to Akora, she had surgery on her arm bout 1am. It was a hematoma and infection her Dr.Carla Nelson was so AWESOME. She went well above the call if her duties to keep Akora and I well informed, and reached out to other Drs. to get to the root of her problem. and Thanks so much for giving us a room for 3 days right in the peds dept by her Drs and nurses. only complaint was when food comes from cafeteria please get those trays out... read more

What a rip off! Mother's Day, spider bite, 30 minute visit, $3211.75 for the ER evaluation (a tech at the door), bill from a doctor I never saw (Jonathan Schwadron, DO--only women saw me in the ER), $256.20 for a Tetanus shot, $94.50 for a person to administer the shot, $3.57 pill, $7.44 pill, prescription written for an antibiotic. Total bill, $3573.55, so far.....I have private pay insurance because that is what I can afford, so they can charge as much as they like! How corrupt you are as a hospital!

RecommendedI had the nicest nurses during my three day stay! I can't remember every name but thank you Nneka, Faith, and Marybeth (I believe). You all rock and the shift change was seamless! Also, Dr. Dyer is the best.
Employees don’t believe in COVID, refuse to wear masks, share hate speech, etc. gross place do not go here you will not be given the appropriate care.
