Raul P**** from ME Flow came to help me in a crisis situation and I cannot say enough good things about him. I was left with a new washer and dryer and installers that broke the handle on my water valve which impacted multiple condo units. I was in an extremely stressful situation. Raul arrived quickly and fixed the handle. He also replaced cheap hoses that were left by the installers and likely would have resulted in more risk and problems. I am so grateful. Five stars for Alex and M E Flow. I am a renter and this is the SECOND exceptional experience I have had with Alex and M E Flow. The first time Alex came out at the end of May when everyone flipped on their A/C for the first time. He was on time, polite, friendly, and informative. He fixed my A/C unit and got it running. I bought a new hybrid fuel (propane and heat pump) and AC system from ME Flow 2 1/2 yrs ago and was extremely satisfied. I worked with Dan P****** at that time so when our attic unit was ready to be replaced last month I called Dan again. The M.E. Flow team today that installed our new heat pump system was Kevin and Bryant. From working with Rich, one their sales reps, along with Arturo, and today Kevin and Bryan, we found M.E. Flow employees to be professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable in their respective jobs throughout the entire process. M.E. Flow provided great and hassle free service from start to finish. Our furnace capacitor exploded on Thursday night so we called Friday morning to schedule a technician visit. Dustin arrived Friday evening and explained what we needed to fix the system. He was friendly, honest and personable (we have a young child and he counted down before turning on the vacuum, while a small gesture demonstrated his awareness of the environment). From start to finish this company was a pleasure to work with. We are just finishing up an extensive renovation and have been working with contractors for months. M.E. ME Flow replaced my 20 year-old water heater with a new one in April. They also fixed a leak in my kitchen sink, replaced the faucet with a new one, and repaired a toilet that was not flushing well. This is a very trustworthy and honest company. The employees are always on time and super professional but specially Raul P. and his colleague who did an excellent job.
