We have a heating/cooling system service contract with ME Flow. When they did the heating inspection this fall, the tech, Alex, identified some work that needed to be done, including cleaning a blower, and rerouting some piping. We scheduled an appointment to have him return to do this work 10 days ago, and were very pleased with the response. Alex arrived at the beginning of the allotted window we were scheduled for. Upon meeting Mr. Dustin (5*), I sensed that this man is a very knowledgeable heating/cooling professional. Also, his communication skills are superb. When I purchased this house in an all electric community (no gas lines), I took a course in heating and air. I knew nothing about how a machine could generate coolness into a home by compressing a refrigerant outside of the house and sending it back into the inside of a conditioned area, where this liquid is transformed into a cooling mist.
