We worked with Pete L. to identify what we needed to replace both the heat and air conditioning. He came up with a great system at a good price point. Hugo, who did the installation, was thorough, explained everything, and left the basement nice and clean. The new unit is working perfectly. We have been a customer of ME Flow for the past 14 years and have always been satisfied with the service and quick response time. Nii K******** recently helped us with our upstairs bathroom sink issue which was no small feat considering our house was built back in the 1940s. Nii was professional, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process. I would definitely ask for him again if we require add'l plumbing services.

This company took over 3 weeks to install our airconditioner unit. First they installed incorrect. Mis aligned the intake with the out take. The didnt install filter. Then 1st inspection hit me with surge protector for 197.00. This topic should have come up with the installation of the unit. Now I'm stuck. Warranty will not apply if I have work done by anyonelse. This company is the most awful and I would never recommend them.
