I called M.E. Flow on July 23, one of the many 90+ degree days we have had this year, as our upstairs AC unit was not cooling. Dustin Searfoss was our Service Technician. He quickly diagnosed the issued with the unit and did the repairs efficiently and effectively. He was friendly and took the time to explain the problem. I was very pleased with the service. The home office and dispatch staff were also courteous, friendly, and helpful.

We have a very complex and hard to access Mitsubishi systems in our ceilings and up on our roof. Alex J was very friendly, competent on this specific system and helpful in understanding and explaining to us exactly what he was doing during a routine maintenance check of all of our systems. This was absolutely the best visit we have ever had from any HVAC technician, ever, including systems we had in many prior homes across the country. T. Lewis On July 17, 2020 I had a pin hole leak in the pipe delivering hot water from my water heater repaired and a laundry tub faucet installed by Raul. Raul was very professional, friendly, and polite, answered all of my questions on the water heater and and provided advice on installing a back flow preventer for the drain on the laundry tub. I just had a service call with Technician Alex J. and he was great! Not only was he on time and super professional/polite, he was extremely informative and answered all my numerous questions, including going over my different options multiple times. I was aware that going into this call, that replacement or repair was going to be necessary, and Alex was able to take the information I had already, and make a full diagnosis, within 15 minutes. Dustin S was really courteous and seemed like he wanted to help. He helped keep things clean with his shoe covers and safe by kepting his mask on. He was able to quickly fix our AC. 5 stars.

Andrew was in and out in less then 20 minutes (came in for drain cleaning) was efficient, professional, clean, and personable. Would recommend this service and will be using them again in the future.

Just wanted to compliment the fine service from the team at M.E. Flow. We had a twenty-two year old AC Unit that needed to be replaced.
