The professionalism, knowledge, and expertise were above reproach. M.E. Flow was quick to respond to my broken water heater, was able to communicate my options (all the pros and cons), and provided a fair estimate. I initially used another company to respond to my emergency, which was a complete mistake. We used Flow for a new a/c/heating and water heater. Price was reasonable. Most importantly, they were very prompt...3 days from the estimate to installation. This was important as we were in hottest days of August. Competitors were estimating 30 days. Work completed efficiently in one visit. Would work with them again.
