Fantastic! They sent a knowledgeable HVAC professional to give an estimate to replace a 25 year old furnace. He provided me with different variations possible with their associated costs. Dan was very patient answering my questions and ensured I understood my choices. The workers arrived a week later at 8 AM and were finished before 12 noon. They checked & rechecked their work. I worked with Pete L* ***** and he was fantastic. I called ME Flow on a Tuesday, Pete came out on Wednesday and install of a beautiful system was completed on Thursday. I used ME Flow for my a/c install in 2000 and the system lasted 20 years. I was so happy to be able to go back to them 20 years later and get fantastic service once again. I highly recommend this company.

I have been an M.E. Flow Customer for years. I have always been very please with their work. Today, Dustin came to clean and unclog my Mitsubushi mini split. He was very polite and courteous. He is definitely one of their top technicians. Hats off to Dustin for fixing the problem!

Excellent work on a tough job today. I had a shutoff valve failure in an upstairs toilet prior to starting a bathroom upgrade project. I ended up having to replace the ancient toilet as well. Ulises went above and beyond on this job which required the removal of a cabinet piece during installation. He was kind, careful, and very thorough with this project. I've used M.E. Flow for a number of issues over the past decade with excellent results. I highly recommend Ulises and this company.

A/C drain plugged up with residue from humidifier filter. Drain was under the unit and not accessible. Dustin S. came the next day and had to remove the entire lower assembly panels and blower of the unit to access the drain.. He was efficient and had it apart in rapid fashion. We then were able to clear the drain. Excellent Job With A/C Unit Inspection I have had a service contract with ME Flow for several years. As part of that I receive annual heating and air conditioning system inspections. Yesterday (8/3/20) Dustin S conducted my air conditioner inspection and did an excellent job. I had a very difficult situation regarding a clogged drain from my AC unit. What made it difficult, was that the drain was behind my AC unit and was, literally, unreachable. Luis, my technician, came and assessed that the issue indeed was a clogged drain and wasn't sure how to get to it to unclog it...unless they went through a wall.
