We've used ME FLow for over 20 years and recommend them of HVAC repairs. Their techs are experienced, very professional and recommend work only when it is needed. The techs are long-term employees who work there for years. Just recently our thermostat went out and Truong was there to replace it the very same day! After several years of noticing deteriorating client service, I ended my relationship with them. The straw that broke the camel’s back happened recently related to an HVAC inspection that I prepaid for as part of a membership agreement. They gave me a 5 hour window for the service call and nobody showed up or gave me a call to let me know. The team at M.E. Flow done a great job for my family. We had a Navian Boiler system that was installed incorrectly. The Operation Manager himself ( Rodney ) came to our home, looked at the issues and got a game plan together. A very professional technician ( Nate ) arrived the next day and started the project. Never leaving our home all day, a very nice young man, greeted our mother with a kind smile both days of the project. As most moms are, she just couldn't get Nate to eat or take a break. Dealt with a major clog in the master bath . . . the technician Allen was professional, friendly and very thorough. An expensive lesson in why not to flush wipes down the toilet!
