I recently had a failure of my water heater. I contacted ME Flow and they were able to respond in a timely fashion. Alonso M. and Kevin R. arrived early (a major plus!), were courteous and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and completed the job to standard and in quick fashion. No complaints at all. M E Flow service has been consistently outstanding during the 20+ years I have used them, from installing heat pumps, hot water heater, and water filter to toilet and faucet repairs, including today’s visit for a repeatedly troublesome thermostat. Always good communication when setting up my appointment or if there is a change in scheduling. The technician is always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve called on ME Flow twice recently. I was very pleased with my hot water heater service.
