Nate from MEFLOW came to my unit yesterday to replace the heating and air-conditioning unit. He worked efficiently and had a good command of what needed to be done and how to do it. The unit looks professionally installed. A problem developed with the new thermostat. Apparently my modem was not able to receive 2.4 HG signal so The new thermostat could not go online and I was unable to make adjustments via computer or telephone. ME Flow and Melvin in particular were excellent! The company is very responsive and price competitive. And Melvin was terrific. He efficiently and neatly performed a variety of tasks, including installing a new water heater. He answered all of my questions directly and honestly and worked with me on discounts. I've had some poor experiences with other plumbers, so it's terrific when you find one as good as Melvin.

I had a bathroom leak from an upstairs unit that needed immediate attention. The ceiling was bulging and I was afraid of water crashing through the drywall. M.E. Flow provided immediate same-day service and effectively diagnosed and fixed the problem. The plumbing technician, Melvin M., provided exceptional service. He was patient and thorough with his analysis, finding a more systemic problem and he fixed the problem effectively and completely. His skills and professionalism were outstanding.

We have used ME Flow for a long time and have been satisfied with each service call. The most important part of this company is the they are very knowledgeable and also have had respect for your safety during COVID. Also my pet peeve is how they dress and present themselves.
