I am a long time customer of M.E. Flow with my HVAC and water heater. I called them for toilet, vanity and faucet replacement labor prices, and the Plumbing Manager gave me a good price. Nii and Kelvin were great -- from their positive attitude about dealing with toilets on the third floor to their efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. The Technician , Raul P****, arrived within a few hours and was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. ME Flow replaced my hot water heater today! From my call to completion was just over 4 hours!! Walter was meticulous in his installation practices, and explained both the operation and warranty for me. M E Fliw has provided heating/air. Conditioning and hot water/plumbing service for us for over 20 years thanks to the ME Flow employees for the great support!

I want to commend Raul Pinto, with M E Flow, Alexandria, VA, for the excellent work he did diagnosing the leak in my wall, replacing the large section of the sewer pipe causing the leak, and replacing the broken valve on the main water line. Our go-to plumber is Ulises D*** - if he ends up getting called away for an emergency job at the last minute, we end up rescheduling for another time when he is available. Ulises is friendly, punctual, professional, and highly skilled. He always takes the time to clearly explain everything that is happening with our plumbing, and this year during our inspection found quite a few issues that had been missed during last year's inspection by another plumber. We hope Ulises stays with the company for a long time!

I needed to have the valves for my washing machine replaced. Walter was very nice and showed me exactly what he was going to do and answered all of my questions before starting the work. My father, sister I have used M.E. Flow for several years and have been very happy with their service. I have used M.E. Flow for electrical and plumbing issues and have been very happy with their work.

Requested a price quote for some plumbing work. The communication between me, the technician and the home-office was excellent. The appointment was confirmed, the office called before the technician arrived and they accurate arrival time was given. Very enjoyable experience.
