Victor was an outstanding knowledgeable, courteous, careful, covid19 aware/, and concern for cleanliness i.e. booties on at all times inside the house, and others.... happy to have him this time, as in the past, and would be happy to have him do our heating, cooling, and air conditioning every time....

Great company. Punctual employees. Diligent in their work. As the project was being completed, communicated the tasks completed. The salesman Pete was very amicable and swift in his replying to messages. The cost of the Mitsubishi system was below what other companies charged. Will look forward to working with M.E. Flow, Inc. in the future.

It is hard to describe the brilliance and professionalism of plumber Travis S*******. We have deep appreciation for the way he installed a new water heater, fixed a toilet, and amazingly, figured out where a very obscure leak was coming from, diagnosed its pathway, and fixed it elegantly and efficiently. We are most grateful and give him the highest recommendation possible.

I had a pressure valve on my water heater that appeared to be bad. & an upstairs shower that would leak into my Kitchen ceiling when it was used. I called M.E. Flow & Travis came to my home. He tested The pressure of water heater & it was very high, He said that expansion tank was bad & it was too small for it. Thanks to builder using Cheap Plumbers. Town house is only 4 years old. Travis also looked at my upstairs shower & found it was leaking from the top it appeared to be connection in wall.. He gave me a price for both, ... read more

Dustin S******* of the Service Department is absolutely outstanding! He showed up on time, after hours, gave me multiple options to resolve my issue, and had it resolved within 24 hours. Additionally, with the current COVID-19 outbreak, Dustin wore booties, gloves, and a respirator in my home, which made my family feel very secure as we have been hunkered down here for several days now. Just a quick note to express my gratitude to M.E. Flow for all of their work. Arturo did a fantastic job before and after the repair/replacement. Hugo and his helper/assistant Santos did a great job replacing our furnace —- appreciate their expertise and their professional approach to the installation task.
