I was disappointed when I arrived at 8am on Saturday to view a car and was told I needed to wait until 8:30am as all the salesman were in a sales meeting. After insisting on seeing someone, the service was great. Everyone was super nice and professional. The only suggestion I have would be to change the opening hours on the door from 8:00am to 8:30am on Saturdays. Again overall great experience and I would recommend others.
I did not like anything about my unexpected visit! It gets a 1 star bc I had to put one on there. Glenn in the service department is pretty damn rude! Poor poor poor customer service skills maybe I should spend his tax dollars wisely. This much trouble with the service department I would hate to see how rude the salesman are! I guess this is why I go to woodhouse for all my cars! They care about their customers and are not rude! Bye bye McMullen!
My vehicle is in the service shop every couple months due to a check engine light, I purchased the extended warranty and so everytime my truck goes in, it cost me $107.00 that's if whatever is wrong is covered by the warranty. Today I was informed that the exhaust system isn't. Now I have a $1027.00 bill and they wouldn't give me a loner vehicle to get back and forth to work.
Sent my daughter there to get a simple duplicate chip key made. Charged her $160, saying they had to deactivate an old key, so they doubled the price. Now we have a key that doesn't work. Did we ask them to deactivate a key? NO! I definitely will be disputing this bill! Your service took advantage of a young girl. You did not realize that her father was a knowledgeable, vindictive old S.O.B.
It was a little hectic trying to find the service door because of the remodeling but as soon as I entered, things were great. I was early, but they welcomed me immediately & my car was done almost before my scheduled appointment time. Thanks!
The service sucks bad. After my warranty is up I'll never buy a vehicle from them just because of it. Sad to say but I let the Chevy dealership in town work on my Shelby gt500 and not a ford dealership.
