RecommendedI have dealt with McMullen Ford in the past when I had Mercury's and an Explorer and received great service from the service department every time. Well, this time was no different when I bought a F150 recently. Received the same great service that I have come to expect from my hometown dealership. Friendly, honest and great shopping experience!
Paid $10,000 cash for a used car for my son to use for college. He drives 3 hours to school. Car looked mint had 80,000 mile on it. Within a month the we took it for oil change. Noticed oil leak. Took in to BMW because it was a German car. They told us it had three leaks in engine, and bad water pump. Over $3500 to fix. I called Dan McMullen and asked him what he could do to make it right. Small problem with washer fluid in 2016 Ford Explorer while on long distance trip ... stopped to see if they could take a look at it and help us out. We couldn't see from winter road stuff. Service rep said they could help us if we could leave it for 5 hours ... then maybe they could take a look. And just how would we make it to our destination ...? I am used to much better customer service wherever I travel!

I brought in my 08 Ford escape for a safety recall related to a power steering failure, and instead they returned my vehicle totally crazy. I brought it back and they told they'd fix for 1,500 dollars and they were wrong again. I brought it back for the third time and they said that they would fix the problem for another 2,000 dollars and instead of filing a claim against them I decided to stay away from them. Definivelly I wouldn't recomend Ford to anybody.
I've been to McMullen Ford twice now, both for service. Each time I tried to get an appointment with one of the Omaha Ford dealerships, I informed them that this was my daily driver, I was given appointment dates 1-2 weeks out. McMullen's service advisor, Randy, got me in next day and back on the road within just a couple of hours!
