My father and I bought Ford's from Harry McMullen before there was a Mcmullen Ford. Harry, Scott's dad was the GM at McFayden's Ford in Omaha for many years. I like dealing with people that are there at their dealerships everyday like Scott McMullen. I highly recommend them!
I visited the dealership about 10 years ago and was "greeted" by an older salesman. He was as unhelpful to me as no one el see before or since. I wanted to look at a vehicle, but because I was upside down in the car I had at the time, didn't even try to help me. I was only allowed to sit in a car in the showroom! Not a pleasant experience at all. My husband & I both like the newer Ford vehicles (especially the Mustang) but will be buying from Dewey in Ankeny when we are able to.
Absolute worst service ever! My husband took his truck there on Friday, they told us what they "thought" was wrong with it and it was going to cost thousands of dollars but they would not be able to diagnose it till late the following week. So we decided to shop for a new car. We found a new car over the weekend and went to get his truck this morning and they charged us for finding the issue on his truck.
