Please just be aware that one of their salesman took advantage of a Mr. Clark who has dementia and believed he was signing paperwork for his routine automobile service. In fact, the salesman initiated a trade with someone not able to make that type of decision and sold him a car he in no way can afford. Shame on that salesman and the Dealership for not working to make right with the son.
This is hands down the nicest place I’ve ever been.

They have always been courteous and helpful
They find your issues and get them resolved in a timely manner. If they find other issues they call you and let you know first before fixing them. The team is always polite. Thank you McMullen we will see you soon for more business
Took my car in for an oil change and they were very prompt and didn’t leave me waiting long for my vehicle.
Worst purchase of my entire life, told me they had no ideA my truck had rust. Told me they wouldn’t have sold it if they knew about it. Then proceed to tell me I’m stick with it, but theyCan sure trade me out for a Nother truck which would cost me tax title and fees and licensing again so pretty much I lost about $2000.
I use to do all my business with McMullen, then I made a mistake and went to another dealer. I back and I guarantee McMullen Ford is the better experience!!!
