Had a great experience at this dealership today. My son and I were just looking at new cars, and Ron D. still showed us all the cars/SUV's we wanted to look at, even though he knew we weren't buying today. We appreciated his time and knowledge about the vehicles we looked at. We will be back when we are ready to purchase.
We needed a car and since we were replacing the Ford we had we wished to have another. A young salesman Dyllan McClelland came out to the lot in the very cold and wanted to help. He sold us a very beautiful Ford Focus, which is an amazing piece of machinery! Dyllan was very courteous and professional, the staff, friendly and encouraging. We would never hesitate to return and recommend to anyone.
We were sold a car with a year of free oil changes, I show up today and get told "it's not in their system". All the while, the owner's son was in the room and said nothing. They told me to talk to the salesman, as if he had more authority than the owner's son?
