I live in Minnesota and had a problem with my e350 while in Omaha. I took it to McMullen Ford. Rich got me right in and back on the road. I was impressed with everything about my experience. I've had two additional occasions to bring my van in and had the same fantastic service. Whenever I need service in the future I will do my best to schedule it when I'm in Council Bluffs. I have brought everything into this dealership from a 1968 Camaro to 2011 Flex with the Ecoboost and nothing but the best has been the result. Have called with questions on parts and spoken with Tim and he has always provided the truth on parts price and availability. The Tech Pat, has been the one turning the wrenches and probably swearing at the problems I have brought in, but has never failed to deliver.
