Dealership experience was ok except for when I asked about a second key that the vehicle should have. They said we’ll go look while you sign papers. No second key was found and the dealership does not purchase or provide extra or second key sets. So I will never go back to this dealership again.
The last two times I brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation the tires have not been rotated, they don’t listen to what the customer wants.

Wanted to buy a truck there that they had marked on sale and they wanted me to pay more than the sale price! I’m surprised they are still in business!
McMullen would be the last place I’d ever buy a vehicle. They love to take advantage of those who don’t know any better. They sell used cars with issues and want to charge you $2500 to get them fixed less than a day after you drive off the lot. McMullen is seriously disappointing and they clearly aren’t in the business for happy customers or a good reputation. Seems that their motto is “too bad so sad” rather than “we make it easy for you”. They definitely don’t make anything easy for anyone but themselves.
Purchasing a vehicle and then not even 24 hours later, have issues with the transmission. Refuses to do a thing about the issue, aside from requesting money to repair a car that was purchased from their lot, literally not even 24 hours ago. Now, a transmission issue should’ve been caught during the intake of getting this car onto their lot. Especially if they inspect their cars to ensure the quality of the car is well enough to put their name on. Shame shame. I will never purchase from McMullen ford and neither should you.
McMullen ford in council bluffs sold a car with a bad transmission to a very young person with little experience with vehicles or car dealers. The problem was noticed immediately and they were contacted. McMullen ford then wanted $2500 to fix it and would not consider voiding the less than 24 hour transaction. “ too bad so sad” is their motto I guess. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this company. Currently, 20% of reviews are “Not Recommending” this dealership. That says a lot about their business model.
If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, McMullen Ford is the place to go. Amazing service from the moment we drove on to the lot until we drove away in our new (used) car! Great family owned company means no pushy sales people, just people whom want to help you get into the car of your dreams!!! I can NOT praise them enough—Josh was super energetic and wanted nothing more than to help us every step of the way!! So very thankful for the service provided and will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle again!!!
