They always get me in n out solve my issue n dont judge..great nurse FATIMA took my blood from both arms didnt hurt she was awesome..she must have left the shift the discharge nurse was nice but when my cab came n left another nurse was annoyed with me about it and put me out of my stall and kinda was rude with the discharge nurse but my discharge nurse came back apologized n said it was her fault she thought i was in the waitin room she called another cab and it was great i got home ok n felt 30% better....great hospital gr... read more

Isn't it common practice to make sure that arm bands are scanned before meds, iv's, vitals, and even meals being served? I spent 6 days up there with my mother (she was in for 8 days) and I only saw her band being scanned twice. Then, one hour we were told one diagnosis and the next hour she was being discharged because "everything was okay". Not only was her head nurse surprised that she had been released, but her family doctor said there was no way she was ready to go home. Looks like next time we head to St. Joe's. The fa... read more
Has soon as I got there and told them I was having problems breathing nurses took me back got me hooked up to oxygen my heart and a breathing machine I was so glad I went to McLaren Oakland
Everyone was nice and very friendly every time i hit my button someone was here to assist. They didn't judge me and treated me as a regular person. They put st joes to shame. Thank you to all the staff and McLaren
The joint club is the best ever. They treat the patient and their coach very well. Was very impressed.
McClaren medical treated us very well!! And was patient with my husband . The R N nurse that took care of him was so understanding of his condition! My family was very appreciated of that!! Keep up the good work!!
Absolutely horrible I still have my problem they did not even look thoroughly with my situation
