Horrible staff been waiting over an hour for my boyfriend to get something for his migraine!!!! Worst experience ever!!!
Very good care and even with all of the patients in the waiting room, my wait wasn't that long...
The nurses are nice that's why I gave them 2 stars, my grandmother is bleeding internally and they aren't doing anything. It's takes HOURS for her to get medication for pain, and it's ridiculous. It took them four days to finally check her for the bleeding, and they only decided to check after she said "if you don't I'll go to a different hospital" this place doesn't deserve 5 stars.
I always choose Mclaren because of speed and have always been satisfied but yesterday(6/13) not only where they fast but Dr Bradley explained everything so well and had such a gentle touch that I wish he could be all the time Dr he made me feel like he really cared about my specific situation instead of treating me as just another patient so thank you very very much Dr Bradley for calming me down an treating me with kindness an educating me
Since the doctor was 2 hours late, the recovery nurses were anxious to leave. Even though my mom couldn't open her eyes due to anesthesia, they were trying to get her to get in a wheelchair and leave.
I nephew passed away in the ER, which I believe they tried to save him, What our family is so upset about is the RN noted that she gave his belongings which included diamond earrings in a gold necklace to his mother at bedside we never received it. I told the hospital the should have to sign to receive any of the belongings so this could be stopped I know for a fact we don't have it God knows we don't. So sad .
Both my husband and I have had procedures and surgery with McLaren Pontiac. We have had wonderful care and excellent staff who show their pride in their work. They're personable and help you to feel at ease.
