Their billing system is a complete disaster. I received a bill for $1250 recently with no explanation for services rendered whatsoever. Really? So, I should just send you the money, huh? Yeah, I don’t think so. Just to be a good sport I checked the balance using their online bill-pay: the “current statement” hasn’t been updated since April - that was nine months ago. What the hell is going on over there?
docs are great but short staffing and no union .. they just keep taking the patientsand workung long hours ro me that means for the money lots of them are hard workwra but dont get it.. finally got a new room today whwere rhe heat actually works.. maintenanceccouldnt fix the other room.. felt like a.c wasonhe said they needed to move me.. nic person..honest about the problem..tired had all 3 therapies.. michigan hasbad wintwr weather.. too earliy
A lot of people told me I shouldn't come to this Hospital for various reasons. They were wrong. I was there the day before and morning of Thanksgiving and had nothing but five star service from everyone: the doctors, the anesthesiologists, nursing staff, & the delicious food from the kitchen was more than I had ever expected. The resident anesthesiologist was the icing on the cake, with his dry, witty, sarcastic sense of humor.. it made my day.

If I could give no stars I would. Their billing is an absolute joke. I just received a call today about a bill from 2012 and 2013. I have been in easily 30+ times since those dates. With zero notification of a balance. Absolutely absurd.
