The physicians are good, but unfortunately, management (HR) is going to run this company into the ground by selecting unskilled, unqualified managers for positions they know nothing about.
I am honestly never let down when seeking care at this facility. As a former employee I couldn't be prouder! The care and compassion my family received last night was above par. The doctor (Eric), and nurses (Todd and willie). All went above and beyond. Immediately Todd made us feel welcomed and cared for and safe, and Eric put in some serious work long after we were gone to ensure proper treatment!!! Good job boys!!!
I would give it a -5 stars if I was allowed to. My husband had an enlarged liver took him to another hospital and major 9 L of fluid off of his abdomen. He’s been at this hospital this would’ve been the second time in a month and a half. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy going to this hospital
Thank you for taking such great care of my husband today. This includes everyone from the ambulance staff to the ER Physician Dr Walker, Nurse Kyle and the many others who came in contact with him, including even the security guard. You put him at ease and wasted no time in making sure he was stable and able to go home.
I just had total knee replacement on Feb.12 I was home for Valetines I would like to Thank the McLaren hospital for the Outstanding job they performed. DR. SHIVEJEE Nallamothu you are wonderful Orthopedic Surgeon I can't express how Thankful I am to have you as my Surgeon. Your Er is a Joke. They treat everyone like they are junkies just looking to get a fix. I came in on Jan 16th @ 7 pm & got the worst treatment EVER! I have a back injury that I had surgery on 9 yrs ago & it's killing me again. The people acted like I just needed drugs, didn't take Xrays or anything. Gave me a shot & sent me on my way. I couldn't hardly walk & they couldn't even give me a wheelchair or show me how to get out of the Er. Do not even want to leave a 1 star for this facility. Had a test scheduled took a day and a half off of work did all of the prep which made me sick from the script I had to purchase... Then told they would not preform the test because I was being dropped off and picked up. I was told those of us that have no one to sit there through the procedure cannot get it done. Would be nice if they say that instead of you will need a driver.
I truly believe our doctors are the best!! We have an awesome Stroke program because of the dedication of people like Karen Hanley, RN, stroke coordinator, who has the earned the respect and trust from all the medics and EMS in the metro detroit area to bring their patients here! Because of her, the confidence in the community is top notch! Our cardio team is amazing and the ER is one of the best!
