This is the second surgery my mother has had there that the staff doesn't follow the directions from her doctor. After Back surgery she was pulled from her bed without the back brace on to use the restroom. Now she has been told by staff not to move the left leg and hip that she had surgery on yesterday. Today she's told she should have been moving it from the get go. What the Hell?! I feel sorry for Dr. Mesko's patients. He need to consider whether or not he should be associated with McLaren.
Highly recommend the new McLaren-Fenton Emergency Room! The staff was kind, caring, and efficient. The facility was comfortable and clean. Dr. Rudoni was wonderful - he took the time to make sure my three year old was comfortable and he explained everything to me thoroughly. GREAT experience!

I happen to come at a good time that was nice although it was not planned I appreciate it so much too kind service quick and peaceful gentle and plenty of attention I could have not ask for better service and the quick service was the treat the doctor on board with a kind and gentle man very graceful and efficient I appreciate how he handles me and my anticipation as I received six stitches needless to say I needed to have needles injected in me before I have the stitches oh, my oh my thank you to everybody on board today lo... read more
Today our surgeon scheduled a 1:00 COVID test. Not seen until 2:40. A dozen people came in without masks on. Security didn't stop them. Considering cancelling the surgery.
my sister came up there four times to get tested for the covid-19 each time she was denied the test. she wanted to make sure that she did not have it because her husband had it. The person she drove up to told her that they refuse to test her because if you live with someone who has it you have it and they sent her away. that is very sad and how you treat people
