Very disturbed about treatment of patient, and I am not referring to medical treatment. I have never set foot in this facility but I cannot seem to get my current insurance information to billing for the bills they send me every month. I am told that they bill here for any McLaren facility I visit (I get bills from other McLaren facilities too). Huge shout out to Sherry today (from cardiac unit?) She was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my daughters ECHO results delivered to her primary physician in such a timely manner! I have never experienced such kindness and understanding from anyone in a medical office. Sherry went over and above and I can't say enough how grateful I am to get my results. Thank you!
I went in for my hand today! Got mangled by a hedge trimmer! when i walked in we were instantly greeted and helped! They got both my boyfriend and i in right Away i swear it was 3 min and the dr. Was there! He was so amazing a patient with me! (i was a nervous wrek as im 12 weeks prego and scared i would lose my fingers.) but the place was just wonderful very clean, fast and efficient! A huge thanks to the wonderful Dr. Watson!
This place is amazing!! From the ER staff to floor 8. A big shout of to nurse Heidi. She is simply amazing thank you for the great care! God has put you in the right place!!
Everyone has been super great with my mom! Only person I didn't like was the primary physician assigned to her because she didn't have one. But all the other people have been amazing! First hospital I was not afraid to go to!
The only thing pontiac has going on sure am happy its a new hospital and poh is gone
Treated me well had a same day surgery. Was in and out with in two hours. The doctor saw me in post op then was taken in to the or. Not my usual hospital to go to. But was very appreciated of how well I was treated and released.
I had top-notch care here. The staff was awesome. The Drs. were great. I would go here again.
