when I was being discharged from their ER my blood pressure was 177/100 they didn't think twice about it and released me.
Amazing people in the Emergency department.
Expected to do my own wound care and left unattended when help is needed. Transport even dropped me. Pain only increasing. No compassion in almost everyone

I want to give props and praise to the 11th floor nursing staff. Dandy, Tonya, Krystal, Steve. Guys, thanks for getting me through the pain and getting me home. You guys are amazing nurses (and nurse aides). Please be safe during this pandemic! I am praying for ALL of you. May God Bless you!

Rude receptionist, refused to allow me to talk to their nursing supervisor about a complaint, requested to speak with the physician....never showed. And this “security”.....clearly not educated on communication. I will be filing an official complaint. A circus at best.
5 stars had a chest x ray this AM. in and out in 30 min. Allie theX ray tech.was kind funny and utilzed her time efficiently
