Pathetic excuse for a hospital. Never again will I or my family use this place. 8 hrs in ER, then told trying to find a bed on the floor. Floor nurses and support staff loud, inconsiderate. Woke up 4 times in 3 hrs. Finally walked out at 3am and went to Marlette.
I can not say enough about how wonderful the surgical services department is at MLR. From start to finish I knew exactly what was going on and the staff was amazing. They took wonderful care of me!!!!
I just had my blood work/rhogam injection done and my experience was AMAZING. I didn't feel the poke for my blood draw and I didn't feel my poke for my injection! Awesome job to my nurse and phlebotomist!!! ✋
Our 2 year old son had ear tube surgery with Dr. Heygi this morning. All of the staff were very attentive and compassionate with our son. They explained everything very well and answered all our questions which really put us at ease. We were only at the hospital a grand total of 3 hours. The care was superb! Thank you McLaren - Lapeer!
Do not go here unless you are dying. I am 26 weeks pregnant and was refused treatment because my dr is in flint and not in lapeer. Absolutely awful.
My 1year old son had tubes put in his ears this morning and the staff was fantastic! Everyone was so welcoming and attentive to him. Special thanks to pre-op, OR, post-op and especially Dr Walker for taking such good care of him. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else

I've had multiple experiences with the hospital and they're pretty great. Psych ward is great even though i was terrified to go. I was nervous to leave after; they take such good care of you. Had multiple family members here and myself and friends in the ER and Lapeer hospital has return customers for a reason: they do their job and they do it well. No hospital is perfect but there are great, caring people here. Low wait time usually too. Definitely greatest in the area I live in from what I've seen.
