Recently was treated in the ER for a kidney stone. My triage nurse Amy R did my intact swiftly and got me right back to seen. Emily Jthen started my iv and drew my blood right away so that when a doctor came in I could receive pain meds right away. Dr Blaker was in seeing me within 15 mins my arrival to my room and was great, he was had a plan of care in place and gave me an estimated time of how long I should expect it to take, he was also caring and expeditious. I had a very positive experience after my car accident yesterday. Every member of the staff was helpful and attentive.
I was sent to McLaren Lapeer by Hurley Urgent care. They were worried about my labs. Abdominal pain with elevated wbc and odd results in other parts of my cbc. I was in pain, nauseous and very worried. I checked in. Told them the awkward reason I was there. I was in a room in short order. I was given pain meds and iv fluids. They brought me a blanket and made me comfy. I went to ct and was evaluated by doctor Franklin. Who was exceptionally nice to me. The staff was very nice. My grand father was transferred here last night no one would tell us what was going on or if he was ok worst care we've ever received they didn't even call the doctor in until thy had done so much damage that they couldn't do anything

Went in for elective surgery and they took very good care of me. Surgery was delayed by emergency but the director of surgery came in and gave me choices whether to come back a different day or stay and have my surgery that day which I thought was very professional of them. It ends up it was an emergency C-section. They got me in right afterwards and did a very good job. It is my second outpatient surgery with Dr. Travis in Lapeer and I would go again if needed.
In my recent 5 hour visit, after my accident, I saw the Dr a total of 5 minutes. He discharged me with a sprained knee. We left and drive to the Walgreens to be told the prescription was not signed. Back to the ER to find out the Dr was gone for the day. New prescription written. Back to Walgreens to find out they did not write in the count. Back to ER, back to Walgreens. Two days later, my family Dr orders MRI. I have a break to the tibia, torn ACL, MCL, miniscus and both inside and outside ligaments.
