My son was brought into the er Monday. They cut his chin and drained it in the wrong area. Never did any scans before hand and sent him home after. I got him back the next morning and have spent the last 3 nights in the hospital with a severe infection not only where the abscess actually was but also where he was cut open. Now my child will have a scar in that area the rest of his life because of someone not completely doing their job!!
My mom is an alcoholic and this review is not against the hospital but rather Dr. John Ditchman. I asked to speak with him privately about options to get her help, and he was not willing to talk to me without her present. I understand HIPPA laws. But this is not that. I am disgusted and the only thing he had to say was that he worked in Detroit and has seen it all. Well I hope he sees this and helps the next daughter of an alcoholic better than he helped me.
Very nice.the staff was nice and Dr.andra saved me thank God she did my surgery and had an extra Dr help with defusing my bowls from my uterus.
They are only interested in running up your bill. They do not actually treat you at this hospital. Just take money and give out bullshit because they assume their patients are as dumb as the staff here. Do yourself a favor and just die where your at before coming here. 1 star is 3 to many for this place. . ..
I had an ultrasound done. When I checked in they told me that my payment should be $226. I paid that on the day of the test. Less than a month later I get a bill for an additional $498 for the ultrasound. Someone needs to be retrained on deductables. I called twice and all I got was "I'm sorry".
Told my wife pain medicine is not given in the ER, even though she never asked for anything. A week later her best friend ends up in there she received pain meds, seems like depends on who are
Went in to get copies of mri report. Ladies were very nice and extremely helpful. I appreciated their kindness that early in the morning. Job well done!
My 7 year old was very sick last night and had to go to the ER. Everyone was wonderful. Her Nurse James was awesome and Dr. Coe was excellent. Great experience. Thank you!
Blood pressure 151 over 101 and normal EKG wait in waiting room was almost 4 hrs?? Other than that it's a good hospital
