Fell in my room and was on floor for some time before my nurse came in . Didn't even help me get up .

Theres a nurse in their name marsha..most out goin sweet hearted lady I've ever met..she takes her job seriously...she very well with my dad i appreciate her so id love to nomaite her for nurse of the year if tht could be possible...she works on the second floor...hope this gets to her

Amazing doctors, but the wait was horrible. However, the way they handled and cared for my little brother outweighs the wait time.

So disappointed. Three hours to get a glass of water. Excuse. .... didn't know you wanted some (after I asked), I'm pregnant, you weren't sick enough. Out of IV solution for over three hours. Had to listen to that obnoxious beeping. Every time I called for the nurse ,I was told "I Will be right back". Everyone was pleasant except a smart ass P.A. , that was a "gift to all mankind." Kept threatening me that insurance would not pay if I left. Could not get out of bed because of the alarm they turned on. These are just a few of... read more

All the people in the pain clinc are great. The thing that is getting bad with McLaren is they own all these different building with all the different Dr's in them so they are allowed to charge you a hospital charge for a procedure done at a Dr's office so now you not only get billed for a Dr's office fee they now can tack on a hospital fee that most insurance do not cover. So it's really getting hard to find a Dr that is not in one of there building. A simple shot in my hand done at the Dr's office which used to cost me $35... read more
