there Family clinic off penn is a sad excuse for a doctors office they never help you with anything and expect you to suffer for weeks and months with no medication while they do this referral and that referral... if u gotta reference every thing and keep a person suffering its what kinda of doctor are you even? itll be the only place where everything is so complicated... if u need help dont go to the family one on floor two in the orthopedic building ... my pain clinic request was 3 years ago now
RecommendedToday I was a Patient. From the moment I walked in there was a smiling face greeted me in admitting, I think her nam was Laurie, then to SDS, again greeted with a smile and ushered to my room by an amazing nurse Laura H. My OR nurse Sherry was very kind and compassionate, my anesthesia team Bri Granland and Maribeth Kinney were wonderful and listened to my concerns. 6 hour waits in the ER are unacceptable
This wait time for the ER is just freaking Ridiculous been in the waiting room 3 hours and Still not in a Room, Let’s Expand a little bigger AND Lay Off More People SMH
Over a 2 hour wait with no one in the waiting room
Was in and out with in 35 minutes never at any other walk on clinic.Staff was very nice.
