RecommendedThe hospitality and caring they have for each individual. I had given up on hospitals because of Hurley and how they treat people. Rolled the dice with McLaren and they restored my faith in humanity and in hospitals again!! The nurses and doctors are amazing.

RecommendedThe preop and surgical experience was as good as could be expected. Unfortunately I got a floor nurse who was borderline negligent. I had significant discomfort all night and he didn’t do anything to help alleviate it. Even ice or a topical would have been appreciated. At one point a pasture showed up in my room and offered to pray with me. I wasn’t a practicing Christian at the time but I did find his words and his presence to be very comforting.

McLaren Macomb is a complete freaking joke. I came in on Feb.8th for issues with my neck. They sent me home on steroids and muscle relaxers had to come back in on the 12th because of the pain. They then diagnosed me with degeneration of c5 and c6 they gave me meds that didn't work when dr came in he didn't listen to what I said and did nothing for the pain. I will never come back here.
worse place to go to if u really are in need of help through ER.. However they are great for anything else such as ultra sounds, mri,lab work etc. but other then that I would get better emergency care at a veterinarian clinic
