It is so sad that this hospital can't have better service. The ER is simply a joke. I waited forever with my mom as she had a broken ankle, and couldn't even talk to a human being. Pretty sad. As her ankle was hanging sideways and we sat there forever it was like the the ER was just closed. Thanks to Hurley for running a great hospital and getting her taken care of. Sitting in ER today for over three hours, the waiting room is packed, all rooms full, a child passing out and vomitting with a concussion comes in, and they don't help move him, clean up after him, or help with any other patient issues in the waiting room. Instead after watching the child get sick, they leave the ground soiled, and the garbage can, and proceed back to there office where she snacks on a granola bar!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!
I wouldnt come here if I was dieing I tell ya they suck they act dumb as hell there er is a joke
They bill you to death on bs you don't need. Then kick you out when the insurance runs out. Their policies of profit first patient last nearly could've killed my mother.
My doctor was awesome but my room was disgusting!! Blood on the floor and garbage over filled with used iv tubes and whatever else! I took pictures I was so disgusted!!!
I just left your hospital and let me tell you that from the ER to leaving I have never met more caring people in one place in my life. The Docs and the nursing staff on the 3rd floor were wonderful. Oh, and you too Micheal Hill the person I promply named as the "Dog Walker". I had nicknames for just about everyone on the 3rd because I loved their compassion for people. Never get correct insulin. Ive spent almost three months altogether in this hole and have never had correct dosage of insulin. Every excuse in the book was used from you arent doing normal activity to need that much to we dont have an endocrinologist on staff. Fml Came in with blood glucose of 128. Left with blood glucose 350+
This place is a joke the nurses are horrible there rude and dont care..they got really bad bed side manners. ..every time I come in for contractions that are hurting me bad they tell me oh there not active im 5 days before I have my baby and u would finger they wouldn't send u home but ya they only care for them selfs..NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CHILD OR MY SELF BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE
