★☆☆☆☆ I'd like to give them a zero. My mother was ignored while she was having full body muscle spasms . They did not know why. They were going to send her home. Apparently they cannot diagnose a severe allergy reaction even though it was asked repeatedly "can this be an allergy reaction to her new med Lyrica?". Nope. Had to take her to Beaumont in Royal Oak. Waste of time.

1st the ER SUCKS! The doctors and nurses there have absolutely NO bedside manner and make you feel like your a complete waste of time and stupid for even coming in. I don't know how the ER gets awards for their services. Ha they people who give out the awards have obviously never been to the ER as a patient. 2nd WTF are you guys doing up there? I have known 2 people that have had surgery there. They both died from infections from the surgery. You guys are a lawsuit waiting to happen and I hope someone fucks you guys hard! Th... read more

There ER check in is a joke. Please fill out a form and wait. So my wife proceeds to ask the attendant excuse me but my 6 year old son is here an swallowed a nickel and we are not sure if its lodged in his throat. How long of a wait is it. To which he replys please have a seat. Its going to be awhile. We will be with you as soon as we can. No one has ever died from swallowing a nickel. Seriously? Clearly there is no prioritizing of er severity. First come first serve at lapeer. Unless u come in near death or in an ambulance.... read more
