RecommendedFriendly staff good food took care of my problem quickly
RecommendedMost of the staff is kind and courteous with the exception of the brunette (not sure of her name) that sits at the front desk to enter patience for the appointments. Kind of rude! Besides her everyone is great!
Very disappointed in the care my sister received. The doctors seemed not to care, the phlebotomy team was an absolute joke, and I could not believe how dirty the hospital was. Highly recommend going to sparrow
I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Ramar on 12/12/19. Every staff member I came into contact with was wonderful- from the receptionist at the registration desk to the male nurse that wheeled me out at the end. Everyone was so kind, caring, personable and very thorough in explaining the entire process along the way! It was an excellent experience! Very thankful for Dr. Ramar and the surgical staff!

Don't call to check on a family member in the ICU. from our of state it took 25 minutes for someone to pick up the to tell me We can't tell you anything without a "pin number" and never explained what it was, I'm calling from out of state how would I know what your policy is My family passed 😢😢😢
