I went to see a friend in your hospital who is deaf. The nurse who was taking care of her thought it was necessary to hang a sign above her bed which read “ Deaf Mute will communicate by writing”. This was so degrading I erased the sign.

I checked myself into the ER for stomach pains Thursday and got a room almost immediately. Was admitted that night for my gallbladder and pancreatitis. They treated me for my pancreatitis and then removed my gallbladder first thing Saturday and I was discharged by 5:00 pm. From the second I checked in every staff member was very kind and every single one of my RNs went above and beyond to make me comfortable and to make the experience less scary for me. Thank you McLaren �

Mom has received good care but they are trying to force her into a nursing home.Not gonna happen. That is half the reason she didn't want to come to the hospital in the first place. She knew that's what they would try to do.

Worst experience ever. Wife was in TWO times in one day, saw a doctor for 15 seconds. She was left alone in a room with no buzzer and hooked up to not a single machine. I've also never seen so many employees standing around chatting about personal issues while patients go unchecked on.

Super disappointed and disgusted! They let my uncle out on memorial weekend. No meds. Sent him home with ulcers on his feet and swollen legs. He is a disabled vet! No doctors came out to talk to us. They just wanted him gone. Doctors were very condescending. We told them he wasn't mentally ready to leave.
