Received excellent care from everyone I interacted with when I came for outpatient surgery, but especially nurses Alicia and Meghan. Very clean facility given its age. Comfortable waiting area for family and friends.

I ended up at McLarens emergency room yesterday morning with a huge laceration on my arm into the muscle from work. I was not feeling well and bleeding badly. I was met at the door with a wheelchair and was in being examined within minutes and assured I was gonna be fine. The staff was thorough and I was out in a lot less time than I figured, all stitched up, feeling better and heading home! A huge thanks to everyone down there that was on duty Saturday morning November 12 2016!

My father has been in this hospital 3times and er once in a month. There is no communication between me and the staff. Nurses, case managers, social workers and his doctor. I have POA over my father. So today I go see my dad. He has congestive heart disease. I see he is swollen up! Then I see he is on a general diet. He should be on a cardiac diet. Low sodium low cholesterol. What are they trying to kill him. Now they want him in a home. No one is talking to me. I feel this hospital and the doctor are soaking his insurance!!... read more

Today was my first experience @ McLearn in Flint. They we're very kind & told me everything that they were going to do. I went in for surgery on my Ankle, everyone was great. Thank you to the nurses and doctors for taking good care of me
