HORRIBLE!!! I'd go to Hurley at 2:15am any day over this place again! First, we witnessed the RN try and have a 76 yr old woman push her husband upstairs so she wouldn't have to 'make 2 trips', they then drew blood and placed it under the pillow until they needed it for testing. Overall...5 hours of waiting (3 just in the waiting room) and WE WENT IN FOR CHEST PAINS. Ended up leaving without seeing MD. AWEFUL!
Well today I'm a patient. When I came thought Er . My sister came with me I wanted to hide under a rock it was so dirty. You could see butts on every chair cause the dirty . We sat with our our hands in our laps so we didn't touch anything . How sad . I have been on 11 tower. To much perfume and nurse aide are just rude . What is wrong they just thought it was funny .Your sick u can breathe and you have a head ache. They stand out side your door talking and being ing loud . IM FURIOUS!!! My 81 yr old Mom had to have small procedure done so she didnt have anything to eat since 6:30 last night, They said they would (Fit her in) well she just got in at 7:30 tongiht!!! So she went 24hrs without eating just because they cant get their schedule together I am so mad,, and of course they will cover their butts some how, this is the 2nd time we have had problems with this doc,, and I will not let this one go
