At the top of this page it has a nurse holding a sign that says "WE CARE"... Maybe management should share their expectations with the Nurses. Nurses tell parents of crying babies whose eyes were swollen shut (and who has been waiting over 3 hours in the hallway) to keep the baby quite, they're disturbing other patients. Who does that?
