Our aunt was shipped here on Saturday with a blood clot on her brain from a stroke. From the moment we all walked through the doors there was so many nurses and doctors. These people are truly amazing they have all been so informative and caring during a very stressful time for our whole family we can not express enough our gratitude to all of you for keeping us all informed at all hours of the day and night. When my father was there the ER nurse was awful. Not enough staff. I had to help my dad with his urinal. He was becoming increasingly confused. Had trouble swallowing and they gave him P.O. meds. He aspirated on top of the kidney failure he was experiencing. He then lay in a coma like state without air way protection for 2 days until the PA thought it best to go to ICU. The hospitality and caring they have for each individual. I had given up on hospitals because of Hurley and how they treat people. Rolled the dice with McLaren and they restored my faith in humanity and in hospitals again!! The nurses and doctors are amazing.
The doctors and nurses here saved my mom’s life after a major heart attack. Every single nurse in the CCU went to great lengths to make sure she was comfortable and consistently healing. In addition, they gave me and my family comfort and were amazing to all of us. After basically living here for a week now, I can honestly say I’m so thankful for this hospital and it’s staff - from the cafeteria workers to the medical staff. Thankful for McLaren-Flint.
The staff John RN, Meagan RN & Laurie were thee rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve had contact with since coming to this hospital... I will be filing a formal complaint immediately‼️‼️ #EMERGENCYDEPT
