RecommendedI have been in here since July 22, 2020 in room 1020 bed 1. probably won't be leaving until the 29th or 30th. The staff has been very nice and professional to me.

All professionals, kind, and met all my needs. Had a couple nurses who actually spoiled me and worked the “system” for me to make sure meds were ordered and tests were prompt. Teresa was my first pampering nurse on 5 south, then came my worker bee for tasks, Tammy, coordinated with my physicians and got the pain in control. All nurses were amazing not dismissive of any. Transferred to 8 north and had Brad, he got all tests completed and helped me get home last night, as long as it was safe (he said) to be with mom on her 90 ... read more

The neurologist team here saved my son's life. I extend special thanks to Dr's Rayus, Mujjiou, and Jackson for their amazing surgical abilities and wealth of knowledge. The neuro nursing staff extended unprecedented kindness, knowledge and love to my son, his wife and myself. You gave me my son back and I am forever grateful. The McLaren Hospitality house is currently giving us a warm, safe and affordable place to stay so we can be near him.

the intake people were very rude and slow and a little snotty some of the men but when I got up to the fourth floor has been nothing but heaven and 1000% service. Probably the best nurses in the nation live on the fourth floor lol
very good care but certain doctors are pain in the behind unfortunately. Nurses and murse assistants are amazing
Highly recommend the new McLaren-Fenton Emergency Room! The staff was kind, caring, and efficient. The facility was comfortable and clean. Dr. Rudoni was wonderful - he took the time to make sure my three year old was comfortable and he explained everything to me thoroughly. GREAT experience!
